Master Consultancy
SMA’s Master Consultancy Agreement typically comprises a SystemCare style service with additional contract schedules to define projects and related consultancy. The Master Consultancy Agreement is often a long term “relationship framework” type agreement to which time is added on a bespoke basis.
All aspects of SystemCare, such as SMA Financial call centre access, with options for out-of-hours or reactive support, and consultancy for system healthchecks are included in Master Consultancy for the term of the agreement. Individual projects or work schedules are detailed for specific timescales, for example, to cover project management or staff shortage, or to carry out an entire customer project.
