SWIFT Business Partners work as an extension of SWIFT’s sales & marketing in certain regions, acting on SWIFT’s behalf, managing SWIFT customer accounts and expectations. These companies are responsible for promotion and remarketing of SWIFT products, such as SWIFTAlliance systems, and SWIFTNet services to existing and new customers. Some Business Partners hold SWIFT training courses within their territory, or offer local Helpdesk services to customers.
SMA is the SWIFT Business Partner for UK, Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Nordic countries. SMA’s very close relationship with SWIFT means that customers benefit from first hand information, and un-biased advice, particularly for new customers selecting connectivity options.
