Project Agreement Consultancy
SMA’s Project Consultancy Agreement comprises a SystemCare style service for a shorter period than 12 months and a more defined schedule for the project requirements.
New SMA Financial customers will often take a Project Consultancy Agreement to implement SWIFT or SMA Financial software solutions, or to assist with a migration project. Aspects of SystemCare, such as SMA Financial call centre access and consultancy are included in Project Consultancy Agreements for the term of the agreement. Most new customers migrate to a SystemCare Agreement on expiry of the Project Consultancy Agreement.
