The SMA Financial SystemCare package provides a pro-active management program for a client’s SWIFT environment. Through a defined number of consultancy days, the service can be tailored to meet each customer’s needs.
The consultancy days may be allocated to perform a variety of tasks, some examples of which are detailed below. This list may be useful to calculate an approximate number of days required over the duration of an Agreement, but is by no means exclusive. Healthchecks

The SMA Financial SystemCare package also provides access to SMA’s technical/software support through the dedicated SMA Financial Call Centre via phone, e-mail and fax.
Reactive module
For systems whose SWIFTAlliance application is extremely mission critical, or require dedicated support out of normal office hours, additional support is available with the Reactive Module, which complements the standard SystemCare agreements. This module allows for fast response on-site attendance for cases which cannot be resolved by SWIFT/SMA Financial remotely.
